Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all transactions between Growth Motion Sport and its customers in connection with the sale of services. By placing an order with Growth Motion Sport, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.
Controls
Orders can be placed online via our website or by telephone. All orders are subject to acceptance by Growth Motion Sport and are confirmed by us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Prices and payment
Service prices are quoted in euros and are exclusive of tax, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges, if any, are also payable by the customer and are indicated when the order is placed. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by Growth Motion Sport.
Service delivery
Services are delivered according to the terms agreed with the customer when the order is placed. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. In the event of a delay in delivery, Growth Motion Sport will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the services, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing at the following address: CARRERE 7 CHEMIN DU MANIOC, 97170 PETIT-BOURG.
Liability
Growth Motion Sport is committed to providing its services with diligence and professionalism. However, we accept no liability for indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use of our services.
Modification of the GTC
Growth Motion Sport reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The GCS applicable are those in force at the time the order is placed.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GCS will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
